It was great to see so many people join us for our Charity trustees’ responsibilities webinar, which is now available for you to watch on demand.

Chaired by Lucy Hammond, our expert Charity and not for profit panel also included Coral Curtis and Kimberley Foulkes, all of whom have hands on trustee experience. During the webinar, they focused on the key governance responsibilities for trustees:-

  • Trustee Board – skills and diversity
  • 6 main duties
  • Meetings and decision making
  • Conflicts of interest
  • Managing risks
  • Make changes to your governing document
  • Reporting to the Charity Commission
  • Environmental and Social Responsibility

Our webinar also included an extensive QnA section, allowing our attendees to ask their questions directly to our experts.
