As the effects of the coronavirus become ever more widespread, we do not anticipate any major impact on the services we provide to you. As far as it is possible, we are intending for it to be ‘business as usual’ in terms of our ultimate service provision to clients.
Operational Continuity
We have a robust Business Continuity Plan in place which we are working to both internally and with our key service providers. At the core of our plan is the ability of staff to continue to work effectively from home with secure access to all our systems. This is already in place and is working well.
At this stage we also maintain a reduced office presence but accept this may have to change depending on government advice. If this change occurs, there will be no interruption to our services and clients will be able to contact us via the usual methods – telephone, email and portal.
Meetings
The health and safety of our colleagues and clients and their families is our highest priority. During this period and until such time as government advice changes, we are taking steps to limit both internal and external face to face meetings.
However, I would like to reiterate that our team is fully available to help clients with questions and generally continue our advice services, the demand for which we expect to increase during these difficult times.
Stay Vigilant
Unfortunately, we are already aware that there have been a number of ‘scams’ focussing on the concerns stemming from the pandemic. Please be extra vigilant to this and if you are in any doubt as to whether contact or a request is genuine, please speak to us.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us and in the meantime, I wish you, your families and workforce good health.
Kind regards
David Hurst
