Developed in collaboration with HMRC, this rigorous accreditation reviews over 100 critical elements of payroll operations—from risk controls to technical skills and process integrity. PAS is recognised as a benchmark of excellence within the payroll sector, reflecting the highest standards in both people and practice.

This achievement offers continued third-party assurance and validation that our payroll operations are not only compliant but class leading. The assessors commended our team for consistently high performance, strong cross-site coordination, and their role in promoting exemplary compliance standards across the profession.
