Dayle joined the Kreston Reeves team in 2021 with a passion to enhance an already industry-leading service.
Working across multiple sectors and with start-up businesses (and starting a few of his own) have given Dayle a very eclectic skill set. Dayle utilises his experience to support clients to effectively source and implement systems that go beyond the traditional financial & accounting function.
Dayle is a proponent of the 4 Day Working Week and he knows the only way to achieve it is the effective adoption and use of technology.
In June 2022, Dayle appeared in Issue 31 of XU Magazine, discussing the future of bookkeeping, following on from speaking at Accountex on the ICB panel.

Personal interests
Dayle has a passion for music, with an appreciation for multiple genres ranging from Classical, Thrash Metal, Djent and Jazz-hop. When he is not listening to music or playing his 7 string guitar, he will probably be smoking a brisket on his homemade oil drum smoker.
