Further information
Sakshi joined the team in February 2023 focussing on financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side deals. Prior to moving to the UK, she worked with EY Global Services in India and EY Germany, gaining experience on a range of transactions including cross-border deals, acquisitions, disposals, carve-outs, refinancing etc. During her time in Transaction advisory, she has worked on multiple sectors including Real Estate, Lifestyle and Technology, primarily for Private Equity clients.
Personal interests
Other than spending some quality time with her family and friends, Sakshi enjoys cooking and reading a good work of fiction over a glass of wine.
