Sharn is a Senior HR professional with more than 15 years’ of experience in HR best practice at a European level working for multiple industries ranging from private healthcare to technology organisations such as NTT, Wolters Kluwer and IBM. Former roles include Head of HR for Wolters Kluwer, Tax and Accounting division to HCA Healthcare as CHRO leading the joint venture division.
She has a strong ability to engage within the organisation and is well versed strategically and operationally. She is a Fellow of the CIPD and has a good understanding of complex business environments through the application of commercial employment law. She is a self-motivated innovator with a record of success in troubleshooting and problem solving whilst achieving business goals.
Personal interests
Sharn is a mentor to young females to help them navigate through university and provide career support. She also has a strong passion for helping the community and loves interior design and cooking.
