Kelly joined Kreston Reeves after graduating in 2000. Whilst working internally at Kreston Reeves she became responsible for the recruitment function and developing the graduate recruitment programme, alongside a generalist role advising Managers and Partners on various HR matters.
Kelly is now heading up the Firm’s HR Consultancy where she provides HR advice to a wide portfolio of clients.
Kelly’s strengths lay in developing an understanding of her Clients business, building rapport and trust with her contacts and using this knowledge to develop bespoke pragmatic solutions.
