Mark has over 20 years of experience in the financial sector and is a senior HR professional with extensive expertise in driving culture change and delivering sustainable people strategies. Commercially minded and people-focused, he is particularly adept at aligning business priorities with the needs of diverse employee groups.
Throughout his career Mark has successfully developed and embedded strategies across People, Engagement, L&D, CSR, Performance Management, D,E&I, and Reward and Benefits. He has also led and developed HR teams, redesigning roles and responsibilities to meet both strategic and operational goals. Known for providing practical, equitable advice, Mark collaborates with senior leaders to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions that drive organisational success.
Personal interests
Outside of work, Mark enjoys holidaying with his wife, being an uncle to his five nieces and two nephews, playing and watching sports, going to the gym, cooking (and eating!), reading, and spending time with friends and family.
