Mike gained a breadth of leadership and business skills during his 35 years in banking, where he undertook a range of roles, including; Marketing, Corporate lending, HR (change and development management), Process Improvement and Team leadership.
Upon leaving banking in 2008, Mike commenced supporting local business with turnaround activity, and joined Kreston Reeves in 2009.
Personal interests
Mike is keen on most sports, particularly, golf, rugby and cricket. He plays golf on a regular basis and is a member of Lamberhurst GC.
He lives in Lamberhurst and is married to Karen. He has three grown-up children.
